Listen to the voices around you, especially when it confirms what you are thinking.

Accomplish what is necessary.
Understand the power of positive feedback.

Parades are for kids and old people, everyone in between has "better things" to do.
Give someone the opportunity to take a break.
Take time to recharge your batteries.

Community celebrations are the best.
Be willing to stand your ground.
Embrace ideas that are not your own.

The best playtime with your family, doesn't require you go anywhere.
Be your own advocate and create opportunities.
Be the most genuinely positive person you know.

Keep relearning the same lesson, how nice it is to get a good night of sleep.
Don't let fear hold you back from the life you want to live. Like everything else it takes practice.
